We are a family owned real estate investing company that has been acquiring and listing land, houses (and commercial property to some extent) since 2001.
We typically acquire wholesale where it makes sense for both the homeowner and us. If it's not a win/win for everyone then we will pass on the transaction. Some property we hang on to for our own use, for future use and some we list to other investors or homeowners depending on the property and it's use.
We have also done new construction and remodels in several states. Currently we are acquiring land nationwide and are open to purchasing some homes and commercial property nationwide.

Fill out the form on this page and submit your property. We’ll automatically receive your information and begin our review process. We look at county data, recent sales data, and research comparable properties to determine what we can offer you for your property.
2. We make you a quotation.
We will contact you either by phone or email to present and discuss with you our offer amount. Once we have come to an agreement, we’ll prepare a purchase agreement and send it your way.
3. You get
paid.
Once we receive a signed agreement we will begin the closing process and arrange a closing date with you. Leave all the work to us to close on this property. Funds will be sent to you by check or wired to your bank account based on your preference!
